Meet Jennifer

Jennifer is a psychotherapy student currently completing her clinical practicum. With a foundational background in recreational therapy, she offers a holistic, client-centered approach that honors the vital link between meaningful activity, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

Jennifer supports individuals from adolescence through older adulthood, meeting every client “where they are.” Whether the goal is developing practical coping strategies, exploring complex emotions, or processing lived experiences, she tailors each session to the individual’s unique journey. She holds a particular interest in supporting those navigating:

  • Anxiety and Stress
  • Trauma-Related Concerns
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Grief and Self-Esteem

Her practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and integrative. She draws from Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) principles, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) techniques, and mindfulness. Jennifer is dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to build lasting resilience.
