MA, Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying)
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, navigating a life transition, or simply looking for a space that’s yours, I’m honoured to walk alongside you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, gently making sense of your experiences with curiosity and compassion. Healing isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about coming home to yourself, reconnecting with the parts of you that may have been lost along the way, and building a life that feels aligned with who you are.
Who I Work With
I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples, welcoming clients from all walks of life. Many of the individuals I support are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, body image concerns, low self-worth, attachment wounds, and major life transitions.
I have a particular interest in supporting women and young adults as they navigate the unique pressures of today’s world. Whether you’re feeling weighed down by the influence of social media, the pressure to constantly achieve, shifting relationships, or the tendency to put everyone else’s needs before your own, therapy offers a space to reconnect with yourself, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Approach
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy because no two people share the same story. My work is collaborative and person-centred, meaning we’ll work together to understand what matters most to you and tailor therapy to your unique experiences and goals.
My practice is informed by Person-Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic principles, and feminist perspectives. I also work from an attachment-focused lens, recognizing that our earliest relationships often shape how we relate to ourselves and the people around us today.
While therapy should feel supportive, I also believe growth sometimes requires gentle challenge. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may no longer be serving you with curiosity rather than criticism. I’ll offer reflections, ask thoughtful questions, and encourage you to look at yourself and your experiences from new perspectives, while always respecting your pace and readiness for change.
I also believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Alongside difficult conversations, there’s room for laughter, lightness, and celebrating the moments of growth that happen along the way. My hope is that our sessions feel genuine, collaborative, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Outside the Therapy Room
Outside of work, you’ll often find me by the lake, planning my next trip, trying a new recipe, getting lost in a good book, or spending time at home with my cat. I believe in finding joy in the little things and creating space for rest, connection, and balance.
